Cold Season Means Emergen-C

When you are feeling down, and the world seems to be smothering you with clouds, fog, rain, and freezing winds you know there is at least some small comfort in knowing you can drink your way to health!

All needed materials for Tangerine Emergen-C
That is right! with just 4 to 6 ounces of water and a single packet of Emergen-C you are moments away from carbonated goodness! You will reap the rewards of  a wonderful 1,000 MG dose of Vitamin C, and tons of energy boosting B vitamins, and a dose of Zinc for extra cold fighting, even though it tastes like a delicious bubbly beverage!

all you will need to succeed is a water, a spoon and your packet of health!

Pour Emergen-C into water
Open it up with the easy open notch, and pour in the powdered tangerine fizzy drink. My favorite is the Tangerine Flavor!

STIR STIR STIR

and then STIR STIR STIR STIR
STIR STIR STIR!
STIR STIR STIR STIR STIR till there are no more bubbles

Now you have yourself a wonderful little drink that is not only refreshing, but it also will help boost your immune system with electrolytes and antioxidants but it will also quench your thirst for soda (or as some call it pop).

So next time you are looking for a bit of a pick me up, your feeling down, or under the weather you should go for an Emergen-C!

  2. I LOVE THIS STUFF!! I take it when I am feeling sleepy or getting a cold and I get a nice boost, not the coffee type of boost but a nice boost of energy.
    Everyone should try this stuff.

  3. I think...probably consuming small quantities of Vitamin C throughout the day would probably be a quite effective way to get the health benefits. I'm not sure about how much is absorbed when you blast your system with 1,000 MG. But whatever works!
